Perle Noire uses Paypal, a secure and trusted payment partner. Pop the items you want to purchase in your shopping basket and follow the prompts to make a payment. You do not have to have a Paypal account to be able to purchase. Payment is fast, secure and your details are confidential. Please note that Perle Noire does not receive any customer payment details such as bank details from Paypal so your payment and security details are totally secure.
Ordering products that don’t appear on site
Sometimes, we may have products that are not displayed on our website so do email us if you are looking for a product that isn’t shown. Leave your contact details. We’ll be happy to call or email you back.

Where products are in stock, orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 working days of your order being confirmed

We list all key ingredients in our body and hair care product descriptions, enabling you to check for ingredients before you buy

DELIVERY
Perle Noire uses the Royal Mail (1st Class service or 1st Class Recorded Delivery) for UK addresses excluding the Channel Isles, for orders weighing less than 2kg. Orders over 2kg are charged at £4.50 per 2 kg and will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery/ Parcelforce. Orders will require your signature upon delivery – to avoid missing your delivery during the week you may want to choose your place of work as the delivery address for your order.
Orders are not dispatched over the weekend. Please allow for a longer dispatch period over Bank Holidays.
We regret that if you supply inaccurate address details and your order is returned to us, a charge will be made for re-delivery.
RETURNS
We regret that due to the nature of our personal care products, Perle Noire will not accept returns of products that are not faulty. If you feel that a product is faulty, you can return it to us with details of why it is faulty. If however, you do want to return other non-body or hair care item displayed on the Perle Noire website, Perle Noire will reimburse you if you are not fully satisfied. Please note that if you return a product, you will are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
