that you are enjoying the Perle Noire experience.
Please note that although you can purchase many items
via our website shopping basket facility, it is not
possible to process sales of Carol's Daughter products
online via this same facility.
However, ordering is easy. Put the Carol’s
Daughter items you want into your shopping basket
and click ‘email’ for your preferred payment
method. You will be contacted to verify your order
and confirm purchase details. Products are dispatched
within 7 – 10 working days of your order being
received. It’s simple. You can also email us
directly at sales@perlenoire.co.uk
to enquire about specific products.
For orders placed via the e-commerce facility, Perle
Noire uses Paypal, a secure payment partner. Please
don’t be offended if we ask you to provide verification
that you are actually you! We believe it is better
to be secure than sorry.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Perle Noire is committed to providing the highest
level of Customer Service and we strive to ensure
that your experience of shopping with us is a pleasant
one. Ordering our products is simple but our job is
not finished until your products are delivered to
you in a timely and secure fashion.
For all other products displayed on our site:
• Orders are processed and dispatched within
7-10 working days of your order being confirmed
• We provide an easy and most importantly, a
secure Checkout facility.

we’re genuinely interested in making you happy.
DELIVERY
Perle Noire uses the Royal Mail (1st Class Recorded
Delivery) for UK addresses excluding the Channel Isles,
for orders weighing less than 2kg. A standard delivery
charge of £3.75 applies. Orders over 2kg are
charged at £4.50 per 2 kg and will be sent by
Special Delivery/ Parcelforce. Orders will require
your signature upon delivery – to avoid missing
your delivery during the week, you may want to choose
your place of work as the delivery address for your
order.
We regret that if you supply inaccurate address details
and your order is returned to us, a charge will be
made for re-delivery.
RETURNS
We regret that due to the nature of the Carol's Daughter
body and haircare products, Perle Noire will not accept
returns once products are purchased. If however, you
do want to return other items displayed on the Perle
Noire website, Perle Noire will reimburse you if you
are not fully satisfied.
