Perle Noire Tips for the Perfect Invigorating Scrub

  • Start by showering under a comfortably warm stream of water – not too hot…
  • Gently cleanse your skin with a moisture-enriched soap or gel and rinse off
  • Take a scoop of Honey I’m Home Double Whammy Soft Scrub or similar and begin by gently rubbing the scrub from your ankles up to your legs in circular motions. Take care not to rub too hard, particularly on your inner thighs where the skin is delicate.
  • Rub the salt scrub onto your abdomen and up to your chest and shoulders with circular motions.
  • Reach your back and rub along your arms, especially concentrate on the elbows which tend to have slightly harder skin
  • Rinse your body with warm water and then with cooler water.

Please take care

  • Never use body exfoliating products for your face as they are too abrasive
  • Don’t exfoliate sunburned or broken skin
  • Don’t over-do it! Too much exfoliation can seriously damage your skin
  • Use a scrub only on wet, clean skin
  • Be particularly careful about rubbing dry or sensitive skin (do a patch test first if you have sensitive skin and you’re new to a product)
  • Exfoliate once to twice a week at the most for skin cell renewal
